Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

Where do I even begin? I'll try to show some semblance of organization in my thoughts, but I doubt that's going to work out well.
Aside from the Epilogue, I really loved it. If that were different, I'd say it was my favorite of the series. I liked the fast pace, it supported the theory that HBP and DH, though separate, are more like one book. It actually reminded me a lot of the first and second, with the whole Hallows storyline.
The backstory on Dumbledore was fantastic. Seeing the flaws in his character actually made me like him more, and his dark past is one of the only things I can honestly say I didn't see coming. There was a lot that I did see coming. I'd hoped that Dumbledore would have been wrong in some of his Horcrux predictions, that something completely unexpected would turn up as a Horcrux, but they were all really obvious. Even Harry... that was such a widely accepted theory. I'd hoped it would be more shocking.
For me, the best part of the book was Chapter 33, by far. I cried while reading it. I'll gladly name Snape as my favorite character after that. I never for a moment believed that he was truly evil, and I always supported the theory that he loved Lily, but I never expected the story to be that heartbreaking and that touching. There is really nothing more to say than that. Snape/Lily. ♥
Okay, deaths. For me, the worst death was Fred's. At the start of the book I'd thought to myself, "If she really wanted to break hearts, she'd kill one twin and not the other." And that's exactly what she did. I felt such tragedy, such unspeakable sadness for George, at that. Also quite tragic were the deaths of Tonks and Lupin. It irritated me quite a bit that she just pronounced them dead, and did not make a big fuss of their deaths. I didn't expect pages and pages, but a paragraph or two would have been nice. Lord, though -- Molly killing Bellatrix was fucking AWESOME.
The ending was nice... both of my favorite couples ended up together. Oh, god, the R/Hr kiss was pure bliss for me. I actually yelled "I LOVE THIS BOOK!" when I read it, and kissed the page. The H/G moments in the beginning were love, too. That said, the epilogue... was a bit cheesy for my taste. I'd heard about the Albus Severus thing before the book's official release, and dismissed it as fake because it was just so corny. I would have liked to know more about the characters in the future! What were their jobs? How'd they get there? What about Luna, George, Percy, others? Really, JK. That would have been nice.
I'll end with this: holy Neville. LOVE him, so much. I'd wanted it to be him that killed Bella, but he was still fabulous.
It's weird that it's over, but it feels over. I was afraid it wouldn't. It feels very final, like there will never be anything more. I hope you all enjoyed it... I'm off to read me some Snape/Lily.
